[Youko is sitting outside on the roof of his apartment building, watching the city.]

[Suddenly, everything falls silent. He tilts his head, and rubs at his ears. He tries mumbling something, but he can't hear it.]

[He growls, and folds his arms. He's not going anywhere if he can't hear.]

[Youko is suddenly on the second level, looking mildly confused. He sort of looks around, and shakes his head.]

Mmm. Back here? How long has it been?...

[This is after his talk with Naruto which is over here if anyone would care to see. Youko looks like he's in a strange mood.]

Wei. I need to talk to you.

[Grins at everyone.] Everyone doing all right? If you find anything good, I'm sure I could give you a... good deal for it. [Snickers.]

There wasn't anything out there. Worthless! All that wasted energy.

It's pointless to keep us locked up here! I'll deal with each and every one of them.

[Youko doesn't even really realize that he's on the second level. He's bandaging his leg, though it's bleeding through his bandages pretty quickly. It's obviously painful, and what can be seen through the bandages looks pretty bad (something on the order of this injury, except on the leg).]
